Life Story:

Abiti was born in Gofa, Ethiopia. He once had a good life with his parents, but tragedy struck. His mother died from illness, and his father broke his leg in an accident, leaving him unable to work. Suddenly, Abiti’s life changed. Hunger became constant, and with no income, he had to survive through petty work and street life. Sadness filled his heart as he mourned his parents’ suffering and his own loss.

When Hope for Kids found him, Abiti’s life turned around. He now studies, eats well, and worships the Lord. His sadness has been replaced by joy, and he dreams of a future filled with strength and hope. His story is one of resilience — from loss and sorrow to faith and renewal.
