Life Story:
Yabsira lived in Mojo town with his mother, who worked long hours as a laborer. Left alone and hungry, he drifted into street life at the age of six. For five years, he lived under bridges, beaten by others, neglected, and trapped in hunger. To survive the cold, he sniffed benzene and glue, falling into addiction. Many times, he came close to death, feeling trapped in a cycle of pain and hopelessness.
Hope for Kids rescued him from this life. Now Yabsira sleeps in safety, eats nourishing food, and continues his schooling. He is free from addiction and surrounded by love. His laughter has returned, and his heart is full of gratitude. Yabsira dreams of a future where he can live with dignity and help other children escape the darkness of the streets. His story is a powerful testimony of God’s saving grace.
